Late last week, articles started coming out about China’s foreign minister Qin Gang disappearing. These kind of things are common in China, being a top Chinese Communist Party official seems to been a high stakes game. A game of not waking up on the wrong side of Xi.
Qin began his role as Chinese Foreign minister on December 30, 2022. Sadly he only lasted a few months, Qin wasn’t “gracefully” fired, he was disappeared without explanation. Not sure what happened to Qin but the Chinese government has a history of disappearing people. These guys are more skilled than David Blane. I believe that one of the most detrimental practices employed by dictators is the systematic purging of prominent and or competent individuals from their government.
