This was clickbait, the tile of this should of been “How To ‘probably’ Win The Next 15 Years” but you’ll forgive me right? The world is changing, we have rampant inflation and de-globalization, that means the world is becoming more segregated. We have Russia cutting ties with the west, The west cutting ties with China and trying to bring their manufacturing back home. Populations collapsing, food shortages, fertilizer shortages. The global order in 15 years will not look like it does today, who ever can fend for themselves will come out on top, hopefully it’s you.
Location
These de-globalization forces were already at play but they got accelerated by Covid-19 and the War in Ukraine. Because everyone is segregating location is going to be very important if you’re going to win, now more than ever.
Population Crisis
You want to stay very far away from countries that are going to experience detrimental population issues. The biggest example of that currently is China, their population is aging due to government mismanagement, 1 child policy etc. and their birth rates are plummeting. Some people are predicting that China won’t survive the next decade. When you’re choosing a place to live don’t just check out the houses and cool beaches, be sure to check the demographics, birth rates, average population age etc..
